| There are no restrictions on age in Mandan (Bismarck it is 16 yrs) as to getting piercings and tattoos. However, we will use our own judgment on to what we will pierce and tattoo. We will still need ID or birth certificate and the parents ID. Your parents will need to come in with you and sign a consent form. |
